Our shop serves all of Houston with frequent deliveries to the Galleria area, Houston Downtown, Medical Center. Out of town orders will be wired out to a florist using the trusted wire service of Telelfora.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 to 2:00pm on Saturday
Closed Sunday. (Holiday hours may vary).

DELIVERY POLICY
|
|
- A local delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area or during holidays, this fee may vary.)
- U.S. orders must be received before 11:00 a.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. During the holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Secretary Day, and Mother’s Day, orders must be place two business days advance. A 24 hour notice is required for gift basket orders.
- We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Delivery to the office buildings will be made before 5:00 p.m.
- We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
- We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
|
|
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
FLOWERS
-In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
-For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
-If the floral container shown online is not available, a container of equal or greater value will be used.
PLANTS
-For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.
-For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color.
-If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
GIFT BASKETS
-Items within the gift baskets may be substituted with other gift items of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.
